ARTIST STATEMENT
Painting helps expresses my love of nature, color and belief in the Creator. My oil paintings are my way of concentrating on the wonder of creation. Following the lines and lighting of the petals bring wonder and awe. My encaustic work is a step away from focusing on the details and embracing the process. It is more of an opportunity to listen to the medium, following my instincts and the process. An act of faith!
BIO
Lynda Sauls began drawing and painting since an early age and mostly self-taught.
She has exhibited in various venues including the Glass Gallery and Studio 18 in Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs Museum, Sunrise Civic Center, and Weston Hills Country Club, has participated in the Art and Soul 2016/2017 show, Art Ft. Lauderdale Waterway 2017, Ft. Lauderdale Home Show and Boca Mall. She has also exhibited in juried shows such as Coral Spring Museum, “Inspired by”, Art Serve “Art Bravo and won 2nd Place in Weston Art Guild 8th Annual Juried Show.
