Marianne works primarily in oils to capture Canadian landscapes and wildlife, aiming to transport the viewer so that they feel as though they could step directly into the painting. She is fascinated by nature and strives to forge a connection between audience and subject in each and every painting. She is fiercely dedicated to environmental conservation and uses her paintings to deepen her understanding and appreciation of the natural world. Marianne lives in, and is inspired by, northern Ontario.
