I am interested in depicting science and art work together. The painting “From Coal to Cancer Therapy” is a hexapytch showing coal on canvass to distilling the coal to make anthraquinone to showing the steps to an intermediate finally to the last step in synthesis. The fifth painting is of living cancer cells as seen with a microscope. The final painting shows dead cancer cells after the blue anti cancer substance has been added. Also I want to show the passage of time.
