My paintings are actually personal diaries. Anytime I look at some of them I can remember the exact feelings and condition in which they originated. I don´t create with exact idea of what is to appear on the canvas. Everything comes intuitively. I find bizzare characters, faces, animals and monsters after the painting is finished. It´s like lying on the grass, watching the clouds and suddenly seeing the strange things in them. It´s up to you and your imagination to find „something“ in the paintings. Or don´t discover anything, just let the colours work on you.

My early memories are of solitary art weekends, drawing portraits from my literature textbooks and painting the dream-like world of compositions. My interest was further cultivated and developed when I opted for a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts followed by a Master’s degree.
