Artist Statement

My paintings are visceral outpourings of psychic energy.

Gesture of hand carries movement and force in my paintbrush, rendering form and color to my otherwise intangible sense of soul.

I encounter my inner vitality in my process of painting. I invite the viewer to react emotionally to the finished work, mirroring my emotional approach to making it.
