The Oracle Series
Inspired by a curiosity of death, which cannot be personally experienced in life, there is a longing to seek relief from death. However, in the process, there is more awareness of the desire to survive. From the emotions and experiences acquired in this course, the power of “redemption through sublime pain” is the initial concept behind the construction of this work.
The “Oracle” series talks about how “in the instant life vanishes, the insignificance of oneself felt awakens a respect for life.” The words mean that the heavens predict the future. In this course, the medium undertakes and reveals the transformative course. It also means that the closest two sides are the images closest to the prediction of the medium in the virtual and real processes. In the prediction process, the medium receives the message and expands to obtain the instant pain and beauty. The struggle between the two is balanced. The body transformation process is what I want to show. Through the dissipation of clouds, the transformation of this body symbolizes the self-exiled movement of emotion, allowing pain to become sublime and appear through the purification of tragedy that lets the spirit obtain the image of salvation.
